- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Perform updates for employees’ residential addresses and manage work pass renewals.
- Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quotas
- Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management
- Support performance management cycles, including annual appraisals and increment
- Assist in identifying talent development needs and support career planning initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, systems, and policies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy will be an advantage
