Job Summary
We are recruiting two site supervisors to manage on-site work allocation and project progress, collaborating closely with general contractors to ensure smooth construction operations.
Responsibilities
- Allocate on-site work tasks to teams to optimize productivity and meet project timelines
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the general contractor’s site manager to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Oversee daily site activities to maintain safety and operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision within the construction industry
