- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure the compensation package is competitive within the industry and adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
- Ensure that the company complies with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies to minimize risk to the organization related to employment practices.
