Job Summary

You will support the team by managing customer enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues to maintain strong client relationships
• Enter and update sales records accurately in the CRM system to ensure reliable data management
• Generate sales reports and management information to support decision-making and track performance
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating delivery arrangements
• Support marketing activities including events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles, preferably within the sales industry
• Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office to manage sales and office tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
• Interest in or understanding of the sales industry and related products/services
