About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be involved in the complete project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare equipment sizing calculations and layout drawings based on project requirements.
- Handle project costing, procurement and material coordination.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Support on-site installation, commissioning, testing and start-up of equipment and systems.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, proactive and able to solve technical problems effectively.
- Willing to travel for project meetings and on-site commissioning when required.
- Experience in industrial equipment or powder-processing systems will be an added advantage.
