Relationship Manager / Loan Officer - Business Development

Platinum Credit Pte. Ltd. is an established licensed moneylending company in Singapore, operating since 2010 with a strong track record and reputation in the lending industry.
We are looking for a young, driven and commercially minded Loan Officer / Relationship Manager to join our team.
This is not a desk-bound administrative role.
We are looking for someone who is street-smart, sociable, resourceful and confident in building relationships . Someone who enjoys meeting people, developing networks and creating business opportunities.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and expand your own network of clients, introducers and business contacts.
Identify and originate suitable loan opportunities through personal networking and professional relationships.
Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and circumstances.
Assess loan applications and supporting documents.
Conduct credit assessment and make recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Approve loans within the authorised limits and procedures.
Manage the loan process from application through disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business and referrals.
Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Work closely with management to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.

Diploma / Polytechnic qualification or above.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Able to build genuine long-term relationships and referral networks.

Relevant experience is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER
Attractive Remuneration
Basic salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month
Plus attractive performance incentives and commissions based on business performance.
High-performing Relationship Managers can earn significantly above their basic salary , subject to individual performance and the company's incentive structure.
