Key Responsibilities
- Drive product quality improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze product quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Investigate product failures, customer complaints, and quality-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality data, yield trends, defect patterns, and process performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support new product introductions (NPI), product qualifications, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Participate in audits and quality system improvement programs.
- Prepare quality reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Experience in Product Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as:8DFMEASPCMSASix SigmaCAPAFishbone Analysis5 Why Analysis
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Experience with quality management systems and customer quality requirements is an advantage.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or semiconductor quality standards.
- Green Belt or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, SAP, or manufacturing execution systems (MES) is advantageous.
