Responsibilities
- Work closely with the production/development team to understand new products and their specific requirements
- Establish testing framework to include necessary contributions from various teams and facilitate collaboratioN
- Create test plans for different testing projects
- Perform a series of strict tests throughout all stages of production to identify potential malfunctions
- Analyse business requirements and technology options and improve testing procedures
- Analyse test results and identify the root cause of malfunctions
- Recommend improvements based results and findings
- Ensure final products meet the company's safety and quality standards Requirements
- Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role for more than 8 years.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques, familiar with Java/Rust/SQL
- Hands-on experience with certain Quality Management Systems, like Jira/Confluence.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Analytical mindset
- Humble and cautious collaborative attitude
