CRM Specialist (CRM Administration/ User Support)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to CRM users across regional markets, including handling user queries, issues, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot CRM-related problems and coordinate with vendors or internal technology teams for timely resolution.
• Manage CRM user access, roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding in line with company policies.
• Maintain CRM configurations, master data, system settings, and perform routine system checks to ensure smooth operations.
• Gather user feedback and enhancement requests, and work with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and system usability.
• Support system testing activities, including preparing test cases, conducting SIT/UAT, and validating changes before deployment.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct CRM training sessions for new and existing users.
• Monitor data quality, support data cleansing activities, and assist with CRM reports, dashboards, and operational metrics when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting CRM systems or business applications.
• Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Strong user support mindset with good communication, training, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
