Operations Executive (Retail/FMCG)
A fast-growing company specialising in the distribution and retail of premium baby products such as baby food, snacks, and personal care.
Salary: $2000 - $2800
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange logistics activities, including deliveries and collection schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Oversee retail stores operations to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist with merchandising, stock transfers, and product availability across stores.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic inventory and operational reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in logistics, inventory control, retail operations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
