Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support in managing outsourcing projects, including recruitment, candidate coordination, documentation and timesheet management. Gain exposure to both HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administration and operations of outsourcing projects
- Maintain accurate candidate rosters, timesheets and other related HR records.
- Prepare and maintain HR and project-related documents.
- Support recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, reviewing applications and screening candidates.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What We are Looking For
- Higher Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Adaptable in changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
