Senior Desk Expeditor (Singapore)
RINA is supporting a leading EPC client in Singapore and is looking for an experienced Senior Desk Expeditor to support major Oil & Gas / Energy projects.
Location: Singapore (International Business Park)
Employment Type: Contract (2 Years)
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and expedite supplier purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track manufacturing progress and coordinate with vendors, package managers, and project teams.
- Review supplier progress reports and identify potential schedule risks.
- Support inspection and logistics activities, including shipment documentation and release for shipment.
- Coordinate recovery plans for delayed deliveries and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain expediting reports and project tracking databases.
- Support supplier performance evaluations and procurement activities.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Expediting, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, FPSO, or Energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, vendor management, logistics, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
