Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer / Service Engineer to join our team and support key customer accounts, technical requirements, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer accounts, including quotations, pricing, contracts, and sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships and be the key contact for technical, delivery, quality, and service matters.
- Coordinate projects from prototype/NPI through mass production, delivery, after-sales support, and End-of-Life (EOL).
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve customer and technical issues.
- Handle customer complaints, warranty/returns, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Identify new business opportunities and support commercial discussions.
- Conduct customer visits and attend relevant trade shows.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer issues, and business opportunities.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics).
- Experience in sales support or service engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
