- Position Title: Specification Manager
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Project Incentives + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities during the conceptual and design phases to secure product specifications and approvals.
- Monitor project pipelines and follow up on specification opportunities to maximise successful project conversions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate updates on project progress, market developments, customer activities, and new business opportunities.
- Support branding and business growth initiatives by participating in seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, advertising campaigns, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business expansion opportunities and assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the R&D department by providing market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support product innovation and pricing strategies.
- Analyse competitors' products, market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
- Achieve assigned project specification objectives and ensure targets are met within established timelines.

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product/ system specification within the construction or building materials industry.
- Good knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and design compliance requirements within the Southeast Asian market.
- Established professional relationships with architects, consultants, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
- Willing to travel for business assignments when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
