Job Summary
Lead distribution strategy and drive revenue growth across key markets by managing distributor networks, developing new business, and strengthening client relationships in the construction materials sector.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution and market expansionstrategies
- Lead, manage, and grow distributor networks whileidentifying new business opportunities
- Drive sales across sectors such as construction,transportation, manufacturing, and waterproofing/roofing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts to maximise revenue growth
- Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and sales tools to penetrate target markets
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure strong product positioning and client support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee sales operations including reporting, forecasting, quotations, and issue resolution
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution /sales within construction materials or related industry
- Strong knowledge of sealing, bonding, waterproofing, or roofing systems
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through distributor networks and direct sales channels
- Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel as required
