Our esteemed client in the Healthcare/ Wellness industry is seeking a Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic Clinic) to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Clinic Assistant / Rehabilitation Associate (Chiropractic)
- Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5-day workweek (Rotational roster including weekend shifts)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Incentives + Bonus + Career Progression Opportunities!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clinicians with patient care and basic rehabilitation activities under supervision.
- Support daily clinic operations and patient service.
- Handle patient communications, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support sales and membership-related activities.
- Learn and perform basic treatment and rehabilitation procedures with training provided.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness or aesthetics clinic is an advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience who are keen to build a career in the industry.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, patient-facing environment.
- Willing to commit to shift rotations, including working on weekends. (Off-in-lieu on weekdays)
