Procurement Executive

CS KITCHEN PTE. LTD.
- Own sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships for your assigned commodity category (e.g. poultry or seafood)
- Prepare and review trade documentation before shipment or goods receipt for your category
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents on customs declaration and clearance
- Handle trade finance documentation — Bill of Lading tracking, CAD/bank collections, payment coordination
- Monitor warehouse/storage costs and coordinate cold store shipments for your category
- Review and verify supplier invoices from hauliers, 3PL providers, and cold storage facilities
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales on purchase requests, budget cycles, and delivery follow-ups
- Handle documentation requests (halal/health certificates, licences) tied to your category
- Provide daily operational support for purchase requests and issue resolution within your category
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, trading, or supply chain; F&B or frozen food exposure is a plus
- Basic understanding of import/export processes and customs procedures
- Comfortable working with ERP/inventory systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) — willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments and with external partners
- Comfortable owning a category independently while collaborating with the wider procurement team
