Role & Responsibilities
• Assist Social Workers in managing client caseloads, including follow-ups and basic assessments.
• Conduct home visits and outreach activities as assigned.
• Support the planning and facilitation of groupwork or community work programmes.
• Handle case documentation, data entry, and filing to ensure proper case records
• Liaise with community partners and agencies to coordinate resources for clients
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
• Diploma Holder
• Possess career interest in Social Service sector
• Having some level of understanding and experience in Social Service sector will be an advantage
• A team player and fast learner
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good awareness of self and others
• Patience and able to demonstrate listening skills
