Support app updates and rollout checks while monitoring app ratings and crash reports. Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure smooth app performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform checks during app updates and rollouts to ensure successful deployment and functionality
- Monitor app ratings and analyze crash reports to identify issues affecting user experience
- Collaborate with QA and product teams to communicate findings and support app improvements
- Apply basic knowledge of mobile apps to troubleshoot and support app performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Entry to mid-level experience in mobile app support or related roles
- Basic understanding of mobile app functionality and user experience
Other Information
- Salary: SGD 3,500 - 5,500/month
