Sales Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Handle sale enquiries by communicating with the client to understand their needs.
• Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material and colour scheme specification on client needs.
• Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs
• Site coordination arranges and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
• Project completion on time.

Requirements:

• AutoCAD, Sketchup, Kujiale, Render Software (Lumion/Vray/any related), Excel
• Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people
• Sales driven, motivated and self-empowerment
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client upon projects.
• Singaporeans are encourage to apply for this role.
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/'O' Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 year of relevant experience.
