Sales Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

Handle sale enquiries by communicating with the client to understand their needs.
Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material and colour scheme specification on client needs.
Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs
Site coordination arranges and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
Project completion on time.

Requirements:

AutoCAD, Sketchup, Kujiale, Render Software (Lumion/Vray/any related), Excel
Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent.
Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people
Sales driven, motivated and self-empowerment
Required language(s): English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client upon projects.
Singaporeans are encourage to apply for this role.
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/'O' Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Preferably at least 2 year of relevant experience.
