About the Role

Smoo is looking for a responsible and motivated Retail & E-Commerce Sales Associate to support our retail, online sales, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Recommend suitable beauty, fragrance, and personal care products.
• Process online orders and respond to customer enquiries.
• Pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
• Support livestreams, promotional events, and marketing activities when required.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Able to carry and move stock when required.
• Retail, beauty, fragrance, or e-commerce experience required.
