Trade Marketing, Assistant Manager (FMCG)

What You'll Do:
- Support annual and monthly trade marketing plans, calendars, and budgets.
- Coordinate promotional activities across customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment on promotional mechanics, pricing, objectives, and timelines.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance against targets and forecasts.
- Work closely with Demand & Supply teams to align forecasts, promotions, and stock availability.
- Track trade spending and prepare regular reports to ensure effective budget management.
- Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI reviews to support future planning.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and meeting follow-ups.
What You Bring:
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial, Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded.
