HR Operations Opportunity
Looking for an experienced HR professional to join a regional HR team and support a broad range of HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle and HR administration activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple HR functions and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate recruitment processes with HR teams, agencies, hiring managers and candidates
• Prepare employment contracts, new hire documentation and onboarding materials
• Support background checks and reference verification
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems
• Coordinate orientation and new employee setup
• Follow up on onboarding documentation and outstanding requirements
Employee Records & HR Data
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Manage physical and digital HR documentation
• Ensure proper filing of contracts and compliance records
• Support HR data entry, reporting and audit requirements
Benefits Administration
• Support employees with benefits-related queries and documentation
• Coordinate with external service providers
• Handle routine benefits administration and correspondence
⚙️ HR Operations
• Manage HR calendars, meetings and appointments
• Support payroll-related documentation and processes
• Coordinate work pass and dependent pass applications and renewals
• Support employee relocations, internal mobility and short-term assignments
• Review HR administrative activities including organisation chart updates and staff announcements
• Support MOM / MAS survey preparation
• Follow up on employee offboarding activities and documentation
Employee Engagement & Administration
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Coordinate catering, logistics, AV equipment and event materials
• Arrange domestic and international travel for HR team members
• Process travel expense claims and maintain supporting documentation
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments
