Electrical and Plumbing In-house Repair and A&A

Electrical Works
- Carry out troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures, switches, power points, and distribution boards.
- Attend to electrical faults and emergency breakdowns.
- Perform preventive maintenance and testing of electrical installations.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and standards.
Plumbing Works
- Conduct repair and maintenance of water supply and sanitary systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify pipe leakages, blockages, and drainage issues.
- Install, replace, and repair water pipes, valves, sanitary fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
Addition & Alteration (A&A) Works
- Carry out electrical and plumbing installation works for renovation and A&A projects.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure works are completed according to project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of completed works.
