Corporate Admin Executive

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Admin Executive to support BBTC staff, members, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage newcomer engagement and member care.
- Coordinate events and administrative projects.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Manage and analyse administrative records to support organizational planning and growth.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff, members, and visitors.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize responsibilities, and comfortable to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to undertake ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
