About Us
New Life Tech Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company specialising in refurbished business laptops. We sell Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook laptops through offline/online marketplaces.
We are looking for a motivated IT Intern who is passionate about computers and wants to gain real hands-on technical experience.
Responsibilities
You will be trained to perform the following tasks:
- Diagnose and test laptops
- Install and configure Windows operating systems
- Install drivers and software
- Upgrade SSD and RAM
- Perform laptop quality inspection (QC)
- Configure BIOS settings
- Clean and prepare laptops for customers
- Package and dispatch customer orders
- Update inventory records
- Provide basic technical support
- Maintain an organized workspace
Requirements
- ITE / Polytechnic students are welcome
- Passion for computers and technology
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
