Job Description & Requirements
Job Summary
- You will coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, supervise departmental activities, and ensure accurate handling, storage, and quality control of food products to support smooth delivery and inventory management.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to plan and execute daily operational activities
- Assign and communicate daily schedules for local logistics to ensure timely deliveries
- Review daily sales and warehouse progress to monitor operational performance
- Supervise all departmental activities to maintain workflow efficiency
- Manage capacity for internal and external customers to optimize resource use
- Oversee receipt of deliveries and verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming shipments
- Ensure proper sorting of food items by type to maintain product organization
- Plan and arrange cleaning and maintenance of appropriate storage areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Prepare and handle day-to-day delivery and receiving documents accurately
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of the food industry to support quality and operational standards
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including split shifts and rotational weekly offs
