About us
Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries started providing point-to-point cargo transportation with a small fleet of trucks in the 1960s. Today it has grown into one of Singapore's leading logistics management service providers and a highly regarded company with a broad-based clientele that ranges from large local companies to multinational companies. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to process shipping documentation and billing to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers
- Engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform monthly billing to customers
- Handle customers' billing queries
- Monitor and forecast inventory movement
- Liaise with customers on inventory and other administrative and customer service duties
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers
- Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately
- Develop, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required
- Attend to customers' requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping documentation and billing role in a 3rd party warehouse
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and external partners
