As the Senior Manager, Advertising Sales, you will oversee the growth, maintenance and profitability of Singtel Consumer’s advertising sales business across a wide range of media platforms, including IPTV, OTT Video, SMS, RCS, email and bill inserts.
You will drive advertising revenue, manage internal and external sales partnerships, and shape the roadmap for new advertising capabilities across the Singtel ecosystem. The role will also focus on expanding advertising inventory and strengthening audience targeting through Singtel’s media assets and first-party customer data.
How You will Make An Impact
Achieving overall advertising sales revenue targets across all media formats and platforms.
Maintaining frequent engagement with internal and external sales partners to ensure strong visibility of the sales pipeline and progress towards annual revenue targets.
Building and executing the roadmap for advertising capabilities across Singtel assets to expand available inventory and sharpen audience targeting.
Positioning the value of Singtel media effectively against major industry players, including Google and Meta, particularly through the use of Singtel’s first-party customer data.
Driving stakeholder alignment across internal and external sales teams to support revenue growth.
Identifying new opportunities to broaden advertising reach across the Singtel ecosystem.
Managing advertising propositions across both Residential Consumer and Business segments.
Supporting commercial decision-making on advertising pricing and discounts within approved margin guidelines.
Working across multiple stakeholders to develop new advertising platforms and capabilities.
Ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of the advertising sales business.
Skills for Success
- Degree in a relevant discipline; Marketing or Finance specialisation is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Around 5 years of experience in marketing, business or a similar sales-related role would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of advertising sales, partnership management and vendor management.
- Strong ability to manage internal and external partners to drive sales pipeline and commercial outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
- Experience managing external vendors is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across different internal and external teams.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
