Customer Service Executive (Automotive)
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our automotive workshop. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, booking appointments, providing quotations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support
- Schedule servicing and repair appointments efficiently to optimize workshop workflow
- Prepare and send clear, detailed repair quotations to customers
- Follow up with customers on quotations, appointments, and repair progress to maintain engagement and satisfaction
- Update customers regularly on vehicle repair status to manage expectations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and smooth communication
- Explain repair recommendations and servicing packages professionally to help customers make informed decisions
- Prepare invoices accurately and process customer payments securely
- Maintain accurate customer records and job orders for effective tracking and reporting
- Handle warranty and insurance-related enquiries with attention to detail and compliance
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term customer relationships
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned to support workshop operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Nitec or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
- Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and basic computer systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Other Information
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm
- Saturday: 9.30am – 4.30pm
