Customer Success and Fulfilment Team

We are an established import/export & courier company (located in the east), currently expanding & offering rewarding careers to potential candidates to join us immediately as Operations Officer:
To be responsible for managing the full import process for a shipment for specified accounts, from start to finish .
To liaise with overseas offices, partners and agents. To assist in the smooth running of operations for the department.
Responsibilities
- To ensure compliance with the customs regulations of Singapore
- To manage goods for assigned accounts; from charging, costing and arranging movement of goods & consignments.
- Providng rates/ billing info on shipments.
- Prepare and review documentation for Customs compliance and other governmental entities.
- Data Entry for shipping and freight manifests.
- Manage customer requests via phone and email.
- Maintain professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
· Must possess at least Sec/GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
· Conversant in Mandarin and English (is a MUST to liaise with China customers).
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar industry preferred.
