We are hiring Contract Assistant Executive, Accounts Payable to be outsourced to our clients from reputable organisations.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare schedules for accruals, prepayments, GRIR and other related items on a timely basis.
* Follow up on reconciling items and long outstanding items for early resolution.
* Review creditors’ ageing and follow up with vendors to clear long outstanding debit and credit balances.
* Accrue unprocessed invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims at month-end to meet the required closing schedule.
* Obtain Statements of Accounts (SOA) from suppliers classified as top vendors.
* Review SOAs submitted by vendors and follow up on reconciling items with more than 3 months ageing.
* Prepare and submit creditors’ reconciliation statements for top vendors.
* Follow up actively on reconciling items, including obtaining certified true copy invoices.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Relevant accounting experience
Able to commit to contract duration: 9 months.
