Job Scope:
- Manage daily office and facilities operations
- Plan office seating, meeting rooms and workplace amenities
- Coordinate office relocation and renovation projects
- Handle procurement, vendors and facilities maintenance
- Support office set-up for new facilities
- Manage tenancy, occupancy and lease-related matters
- Coordinate retail and estate improvement projects
- Work closely with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in office operations, facilities or workplace management
- Experience handling office relocation, renovation or space planning projects
