SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER
nanta bbq pte. ltd.
We are seeking a Full-Time Service Manager for our upscale restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dining room operations and guest reception.
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Manage floor schedules and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality service management.
- Prior background in hotels or airlines is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and exceptional leadership traits.
- Strong problem-solving abilities under a fast-paced environment.
