Role Overview.
Webbe’s business in Asia began in 1997 initially as a specialist Financial Markets / Investment Banking Executive Search business. In the Asiamoney Poll of Polls, for headhunters, specializing in financial markets, for sell and buyside, we were ranked top 5 for the period from 2001 to 2013. In 2015 we made the decision to broaden our search business to work on predominantly senior roles with international and regional law firms and also to strengthen our business on Legal & Compliance for financial Institutions.Who We're Looking For
We are on the hunt for a high-calibre Relationship Manager to join our Global Private Banking team, covering the dynamic markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand —managing both onshore and offshore UHNW and HNW clientele.
Your Mission
Be the trusted advisor delivering full-service banking and executing complex transactions for high-net-worth individuals across the region.
Own your targets drive revenue, AUM, product alignment, client satisfaction, and cost control.
Expand our footprint grow wallet share by leveraging investment and product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.
Stay compliant ensure all activities adhere to internal and external regulatory standards.
Build and nurture acquire new relationships while deepening existing ones to grow AUM and revenue.
Bridge borders forge cross-business networks to deliver seamless solutions that cut across products, geographies, and regulations.
Your Track Record
- Solid Relationship Management experience in private banking.
- Establish new relationships and manage existing ones to generate new Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue.
- Exceptional communicator who thrives in direct client contact and complex problem-solving.
- Sharp analytical mind with strong financial and statistical skills.
- Relentlessly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and creatively resourceful.
- Well-versed in financial markets and wealth products.
