Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production
Develop engaging content for social media, campaigns, thought leadership, employee engagement, internal communications, and client storytelling.
Translate complex banking, business, and economic topics into visually engaging, easy-to-understand, social-first content.
Create storyboards, scripts, content concepts, editorial narratives, infographics, campaign visuals, animations, and event marketing assets.
Produce content aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and business priorities.
Lead end-to-end video production, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Create compelling content across multiple formats (video, social media, campaigns, senior executive communications, and internal communications).
Produce motion graphics, animated explainers, and visual enhancements.
Optimise video content for platform-specific best practices and audience behaviour.
Ensure all creative outputs are visually compelling and brand-consistent.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Maintain the social media content calendar (organic and paid) and oversee content distribution.
Ensure timely planning and delivery of content aligned with campaign objectives.
Optimise content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Spotify to maximise reach and engagement.
Work with media agencies on content amplification and paid campaigns while ensuring brand compliance and ethical practices.
Monitor emerging social media trends, creator formats, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to grow audience reach, engagement, and community interaction.
Collaboration & Optimisation
Partner with marketing teams and stakeholders to transform complex information into engaging video and social content.
Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creators when required.
Track content performance using analytics and continuously improve content strategy, formats, and storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within timelines.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in design and content production with a portfolio showcasing informative or explanatory content.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across video production, social media, and visual content.
Experience creating content for corporate, B2B, or financial services environments is preferred.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.
Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is an added advantage.
Strong storytelling, editorial, and visual editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience managing social media content calendars and optimising content for different platforms.
Proficient in English and Chinese , as the role involves creating and reviewing Chinese-language content, collaborating with regional stakeholders, and supporting communications across Chinese-speaking markets, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Preferred Skills
Basic filming skills (camera, lighting, and audio) and animation experience.
Familiarity with content optimisation for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Spotify.
Experience producing content for senior executives and thought leadership programmes.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, transcription, and content production.
Experience researching and verifying content.
Understanding of media agency collaboration and paid social campaigns.
Knowledge of audience analytics and digital content consumption trends.
