Job Summary
Lead and supervise housekeeping teams to maintain high cleanliness standards and accurate room status reporting, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a dynamic hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily briefings with housekeeping staff at floor level to align team objectives and priorities
- Manage and supervise all housekeeping tasks performed by the team to ensure adherence to standards and timely completion
- Clean guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to established procedures and quality standards
- Maintain and update section floor reports to track cleaning progress and issues
- Conduct regular room inspections using checklists to verify cleanliness and readiness for guests
- Accurately record room status within the assigned section to support operational planning and guest services
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management to support hotel operations and guest experience.
