Sales Assistant Manager

- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact
- Generate new business
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions
- Supervise outlets and improve sales
- Report on health of outlet and implyment new ideas
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Outlet Sales manager
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work on Public Holidays and weekends
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
