About the Role

Vertical Institute is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to serve as the operational and strategic core of our Digital & Growth Marketing team. This role owns integrated campaign management across B2C and B2B, leads growth experimentation, and acts as the primary liaison with our PR agency - ensuring marketing activity is consistently aligned, optimised, and delivering against business objectives.

You will work closely with the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager and serve as the team's operational anchor, coordinating across functions to keep campaigns on track and continuously improving.

What You Will Do

Integrated Campaign Management

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across B2C, B2B, and B2Alumni channels, alongside the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager

• Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across all campaign workstreams

• Track campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations

Growth Strategy & Optimisation

• Develop and lead a structured experimentation framework - identifying growth hypotheses, designing test plans, and estimating performance outcomes

• Proactively initiate and validate growth ideas using data, market insights, and competitor research

• Monitor and analyse results to drive continuous improvement across campaigns, channels, and audience segments

• Identify opportunities across the funnel and propose actionable initiatives to improve lead generation and conversion

PR & Partnerships

• Serve as the primary liaison with VI's PR agency, owning narrative alignment, campaign integration, and communications execution that meets the brand objectives.

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities that drive brand visibility and cross-selling - including corporate partners, industry associations, media partners, and complementary brands

• Manage and nurture key partnership relationships, ensuring activations are aligned with marketing objectives and deliver measurable value

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Has owned campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels with demonstrable business impact.

• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable building test plans, interpreting data, and making evidence-based recommendations.

• Has worked closely with senior leadership and can translate strategy into structured execution plans.

• Familiarity with paid media platforms and marketing performance reporting.

• PR or agency management experience is an advantage.
