About the Role
Our client is a fire safety systems company providing installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire protection systems for commercial and industrial buildings. They are seeking a hands-on Operations Administrator to support daily operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
- Coordinate job schedules and assist with service operations
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
- Support coordination between internal teams, technicians, and clients
- Assist in procurement and ordering of operational supplies when required
- Handle filing, data entry, and general office administration
- Ensure timely follow-up on service jobs and operational tasks
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in admin or operations support roles preferred
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
