Responsibilities:
- Conduct social and financial assessments for inpatient referrals
- Provide financial counselling and recommendations to patients and families
- Support bed allocation and bed management activities
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Min 3 nyears of social service/social work experience
- Interest in eldercare and healthcare settings
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
