Job Scope:
People Development and Engagement
- Planning, coordinating and implementing engagement activities
- Maintain and review a talent network of social work and psychology scholars
- Designing and developing content and collaterals that effectively communicate and promote initiatives
Framework Implementation and Evaluation
- Conducting literature reviews on best practices and guidelines
- Supporting the implementation and contextualisation of resilience-building and professional leadership development frameworks
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of framework implementation
Crisis Management and Resilience
- Assisting the organisation of training to strengthen workplace resilience and crisis support
- Supporting the organising of events and training activities
Administrative Work
- Assisting in documentation of meeting minutes and work processes
- Handle administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands, as well as in a team
- Experience in programme implementation and evaluation
- Proficient in digital communication tools
