Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies for open positions.
- Regularly consults with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.
- Ensures all candidate requirements are met within the applicant tracking system.
- Actively sources, interviews, and presents qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
- Manages candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.
- Adheres to established hiring procedures and guidelines.
- Promotes workforce diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technology recruiting and staffing
- Experience working on Data Centre’s positions
- Regional exposure will have added advantageous
- Good working knowledge of applicant tracking system
- Strong understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law
