1 Year Contract Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions) NJA

The Job:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by developing key visuals, coordinating with agencies, and creating content for digital platforms
- Assist in organising and promoting outreach events, such as masterclasses, information sessions, and student engagement activities, to support student recruitment objectives
- Screen and qualify prospective applicants to support the recruitment and selection process
- Provide administrative support for admissions, including verifying applicant information, managing admissions and scholarship records, and coordinating pre-arrival and onboarding briefings
- Manage post-admissions processes, including student data entry into University systems, preparation of student pass applications, and coordination of student records with internal stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on student documentation and application requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of administrative processes
- Respond to student enquiries on admissions and arrival matters, and coordinate the verification and management of physical documentation
Qualifications Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Visual design is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe illustrator software are required
