Salary: Up to S$2,750 + Allowance + Bonus
(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm
Work Location: Outram
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and administrative duties, including issuing cheques; preparing tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes, receipts, outgoing vouchers and journal vouchers; managing petty cash; and preparing GIRO, bank remittance and letter of credit application forms.
Manage stationery and paper apportionment, respond to queries from the Department of Statistics, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting (LCC Level 3 / equivalent).
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
