(Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.)
Working Days/Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45AM–5:30PM; Sat, 8:45AM–12:45PM
Work Location: Tuas View
Work Arrangement: 1 day WFH per month
Transport: 2-way company bus provided from Jurong Point
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records.
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Process supplier and customer invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense claims.
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Maintain stationery and grocery inventory.
Support staff welfare and general administrative matters.
Assist with procurement of office stationery and groceries.
Set up and prepare training rooms for company activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or equivalent.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Must have at least basic Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
AR experience will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
