The Role
Join the team as a Finance & Admin Assistant and gain hands-on experience across accounting and office administration.
Your responsibilities include:
- AP and AR support
- Invoice and payment processing
- Data entry and accounting records
- Expense claims and receipts
- Invoice/document verification
- Office supplies and grocery inventory
- Procurement and administrative support
- Training room preparation
- Other duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Accounting-related Diploma/ITE, GCE O/A Level or equivalent
- Basic AP experience
- 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills
- AR knowledge is a plus
- Entry-level applicants are welcome
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
