Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting and admin duties
- Support AP & AR
- Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and claims
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Verify invoices and documents
- Assist with office procurement and inventory
- Support general administrative matters
- Prepare training rooms
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE O/A Level or equivalent
- Basic AP experience required
- 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred
- Excel/Microsoft Office proficiency
- AR experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:45AM–5:30PM; Sat 8:45AM–12:45PM
