Puyang Management Pte Ltd is a leading facilities management provider dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Cleaning Manager to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the daily cleaning operations and site teams.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and on-the-job training.
* Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for routine client feedback and inquiries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in cleaning management or facilities operations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
