Our client is a well-established cosmetics manufacturing company. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the relevant departments.
- Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, mailing, and courier arrangements.
- Coordinate renewals of insurance policies, permits, certifications, and company documents.
- Liaise with vendors on equipment purchases, maintenance, servicing, and asset management.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (PO) using SAP.
- Support HR administration, including attendance, leave records, employee data, and HR-related purchases.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding arrangements, including documentation, orientation, workstation setup, and system access.
- Coordinate employee training, medical check-ups, staff welfare activities, company events, and engagement initiatives.
- Support ISO and GMP documentation, compliance activities, and policy administration.
- Prepare meeting minutes for departmental and ISO meetings.
- Coordinate courier packing and shipments.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Experience using SAP for Purchase Orders is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
